MY INSPIRATION TO WRITE

My inspiration to write came from my daughter. When she was in the third grade I helped her with a short story she had to write for class.  I was thinking to myself this would make a great story.  Then she said to me mom this would make a great story. 

She has graduated high school since then and now my career in writing children’s books has begun.  This was confirmed again one night when I was in church a lady who knew nothing about me prophesied to me. She said, I see you writing children’s books and songs for the Lord.  God had confirmed part of his plan for my life through this individual.

Now, I am pursuing my writing career some years later.  If God has a plan for you he will differently bring it to pass and no one can stop it no matter how they try.

WHAT IS LOVE?

The word love can be explained in so many different ways.  Love can also be expressed in different ways.  There is a different type of love for every animal, thing and person, but when you really examine the word love it is a deep, tender, passionate affection toward the object, animal, thing or person you love.

The Bible in I Corinthians Chapter 13 gives an awesome example of love (If you have time read this passage of scripture in your Bible or look it up online).  The Bible tells us we can have gifts, talents, feed the hungry and even talk in different languages and have not love you become as a sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.  In other words, you become empty on the inside.   You will go through the motions of love without having love. The actions you take such as giving to others using your gifts and talents will all be in vain because love is not biding within you.

King James Version says charity (which means love in the Bible) has these examples:

1)   Charity (love) sufferth long and is kind;

2)   Charity (love) envieth not;

3)   Charity (love) vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up.

4)   Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;

5)   Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth;

6)   Beareth all things, believeth all things hopeth all things, endureth all things;

7)   Charity (love) never faileth;…

Love is the most important thing in your life without it there is nothing.  Your life is none existed without love.  The life journey you are walking is in vain. You should ask yourself these questions!  Do I really know how to love, what is love, do I show true love, or am I just going through the motions of love?

There was a point in my life when I to asked myself these questions and God.  The most important pray of my life is when I asked God to teach me how to love.  God is still teaching me how to love because I want love to be perfected in me, the agape kind of love.

There is a children’s book called “Heart Eyes Shows Love And Kindness” this is a great little book (ebook).  It teaches children at a young age to show love.  Remember love is the most important thing in life!  Why not teach the little ones now while they are young.  So when they reach adulthood the children will not depart from love.
